Hi Everyone, What an absolutely fantastic turnout for last Sunday's City 2 Surf! A huge thank you to all the children and adults who came to volunteer at our hospitality stand!
We gave out: 3500 water, 350 salmon wraps, 300 bagels, 300 cupcakes, 100 brownies, 10kg rocky road, 8kg of biscuits, 8kg of chips, 5 bags of Lollies, 5 bags of pretzels...and some great pumping Jewish music too!
Sunday's BatMitzvah Experience class saw the girls learning all about the very special Mitzvah of lighting Shabbat candles.
We had such a great time at Mummy & Me this week with new families joining our wonderful group of mothers and grandmothers to be with their little ones in our special atmosphere of fun and learning. Here are some of the siddurim we've been making as the children prepare for the High Holy Days.
Next week is Bless the Kids Shabbat so make sure you're in Shul by 10-15 to receive your Blessing from the Rabbi as well as a special treat - plus you will get to make your very own edible treat too!
